Search input entered in a third-party search tool is sent to the provider that operates that tool. We do not maintain a local docket database or claim to store the terms entered into a partner's search form.

If you send an email, we may retain the message and contact details needed to respond or meet a legal obligation. We do not disclose that correspondence outside our organization except when required by law.

No Court-Record Data on File
Missaukee County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain court dockets or personal case-record databases. It provides public routing information for the Missaukee County Clerk / Clerk of the 28th Circuit Court, the 84th District Court, the Probate Register, and MiCOURT Case Search. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and do not assemble visitor information into consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate search boxes appearing on some pages. Their collection, retention, sharing, and security practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before submitting information to a partner tool.

Official links may lead to Michigan court, county clerk, MiCOURT, MiFILE, or other external services. Once you leave this site, that service's privacy practices control. Advertising services may also use their own systems to measure activity or deliver advertising.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by a search provider selected by a visitor, analytics or advertising services supporting the site, or an authority with a valid legal demand.
How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable safeguards for information we collect, but no internet system can promise absolute security. Do not send a full birth date, Social Security number, financial-account detail, medical information, or juvenile information in ordinary email. Court-record access questions should be directed to the holding court through its confirmed process.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If information from a child is received, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Your Data Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by us, subject to applicable law and retention needs. Michigan court-file access is a separate question: MCR 8.119 governs public court records, and MCL 15.232 excludes the judiciary from ordinary FOIA public-body treatment. Those rules do not turn this private site into a court-record custodian.
